NEW TAX SPECIALIST BOOSTS LAW FIRM’S CHELTENHAM TEAM
As new tax rules from the Budget start to take effect, Harrison Clark Rickerbys is strengthening its private client team with the addition of senior associate Stewart Jordan, who provides estate planning and tax advice to individuals, trustees and executors.
Stewart spent five years working in Big Four accountancy and professional services firms before he joined the Cheltenham firm.
He said: “Each Budget brings tax changes which affect us as individuals; it makes good sense to adapt your situation to make the most of those changes, and I look forward to working with clients here to do that.”
Alex Taylor, partner and head of the probate department in Cheltenham, said: “Stewart’s skills and experience, especially relating to people who are based outside the UK, will be invaluable to us and we are delighted that he has joined us.”
Harrison Clark Rickerbys has 400 staff and partners based at offices in Cheltenham, the Wye Valley, Hereford, Worcester, Birmingham and the Thames Valley, who provide a complete spectrum of legal services to both business and private clients, regionally and nationwide. The firm also has a number of highly successful teams specialising in individual market sectors, including health and social care, education, agricultural and rural affairs, defence, security and the forces, and construction.
