I am conversant with any sector, whether it is fashion or high-ticket FMCG - physical product or a service, the Ecommerce, Digital and Marketing activity and support is tailored by client needs and goals

Whether you are a new start-up or an established retailer who is looking to increase your revenue and profitability in a cost effective way –you are looking to get to that next level, but not quite sure what route to take or not sure what they need to focus on to achieve their desired end result then a Marketing specialist with an outside view is ideal - alongside this, as well as improving their immediate sales performance you may need help to understand what the next few years may look like – whether that is technology to enhance their Ecommerce capabilities, investment levels, team skill set, CRM activity and the opportunities that may bring as well as future cost and revenue forecasting assistance.

I can review your current capabilities to identify skill gaps or to identify possible recruitment needs to grow business success, helping along the way with structure, the evolution of the job descriptions as well as role responsibilities and accountabilities

An essential part of the success is getting to know you and your team – I have experience with communication at all levels – from junior execs to board Directors - my presentations, data and tone of voice are tailored to the audience it is intended for, supplying sufficient data to support my recommendations

You maybe anywhere in the UK – through video conferencing or face-to face meetings depending on your preference and needs – regular communication is key to the success of any project and in the modern digital age this can be achieved in a variety of ways to suit the client for the best possible outcome
