Join me, San Harper, on a journey of creative discovery at the stunning Matara Centre, near Tetbury, Gloucestershire.

10am-3pm.

Contemplative Photography is an approach to photography that focuses on learning (or perhaps we could say re-learning) how to see.

In this workshop you’ll be invited to view the world from a different perspective, inviting reflection, curiosity and no doubt a few surprises!  There will be guided Mindfulness meditation and creative photography/video, exploring new ways of seeing, thinking and feeling about the world around us and how we interact with it.

Join like-minded people for a day of creativity and connection in this shared experience.  You can choose photography or video.

You’ll need:

• A camera or mobile phone that takes pictures and/or shoots video with plenty of storage space (memory) and a charger.
• To familiarise yourself with your technology if you have Android.
• To bring your own lunch please. (Tea/Coffee will be provided).
