Free Workshop: The Art of Giving and Receiving Feedback – Creating a High-Performing, Healthy Feedback Culture

Purpose: To provide a clear and compelling roadmap for giving and receiving feedback, and creating a healthy feedback culture that leads to growth and high performance.
Who is it for? Everyone who seeks to improve how they deliver or receive feedback, or lead their feedback culture.
 
Feedback can often feel uncomfortable—something we tolerate or avoid. But what if it’s actually the key to growth , development and building each other up? This session will help us reframe feedback as a powerful tool for development and connection as we grow our feedback toolkit.
What You’ll Learn: 
  • How to calibrate support and challenge when giving feedback
  • Communicating feedback effectively across different personality types
  • Understanding the intention and impact of feedback
  • Creating a personal growth plan to improve your feedback strategies

Laura Mears  MA (Oxon) is co-founder of Salmon Leadership Development, and has spent twenty plus years as a teacher, coach, speaker and author.
