Customers aren’t always right – and, often, an open conversation explaining why that is the case can create long-term mutually-beneficial relationships.  This seminar will explore the art of communication in the workplace. You will learn how to decide when (and if) you need to have a difficult conversation; and how you can structure it to ensure you get your point across in a way that is clear, professional and non-confrontational.

And it’s not just for customers – you can apply the theory to any tricky conversations you’re having (your team, your suppliers or any other stakeholders you can think of).

About the Speaker
Elaine Warwicker set up Canny Conversations with the belief that most challenges in the workplace (and elsewhere!) can be overcome through better quality communication. Elaine helps businesses and business people to have better quality conversations with customers, with teams and with each other. Elaine worked for 20+ years in senior and Board-level roles at businesses like Chelsea Building Society, Ecotricity and Bristol Energy.
