Mindfulness to Support Bereavement – Community Wellbeing Sessions

4th April 2023 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Community Wellbeing Sessions (4 week course)

Mindfulness and meditation can help to reduce and calm intrusive thoughts that appear throughout our day. It can also help you to live more in the moment. Looking for ways to navigate your daily life after bereavement can be challenging. Our 4 week course can help. It is suitable for those people who have been bereaved for 6 months or more.

These sessions are part of our community wellbeing series that aims to help you cope with your mental health and are offered at a subsidised cost. A member of our Outreach team will be in touch following registration to fill out a referral form.
