National Apprenticeship Week – Employer Event

9th February 2022 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

On Wednesday 9 February 2022 we will be hosting a free event for employers as part of National Apprenticeship Week. The event will take place from 2pm until 5pm.

Due to the ongoing situation regarding the coronavirus pandemic, this year’s event will take place online.

The event is free to join and is open to all employers and apprenticeship providers from across Gloucestershire and the surrounding region.

About this event

This year we are delighted to welcome three guest speakers:

Lord John Bird – Founder of The Big Issue, Crossbench Life Peer and passionate advocate of apprenticeships

Pete Carr – Director of Employment and Skills for GFirst LEP

Deborah Lee – Chief Executive of Gloucestershire Hospital’s NHS Foundation Trust

Delegates will also have the opportunity to find out more about apprenticeships available across the county, including degree apprenticeships provided by the University of Gloucestershire.
