WEBINAR Employment Law – Ask The Expert

4th June 2020 @ 10:00 am - 10:45 am

Webinar Description

This “Ask the Expert” session is aimed at Business Owners and HR professionals. Kimberley will provide a short introduction to some of the key employment law issues you may face in the current climate and then answer your questions about employment law topics.  We’ll be sending out a Zoom invitation to attendees two days before the event and inviting questions in advance, as well as offering the chance to ask questions on the day.

About the Speaker

Kimberley is a Director at Hughes Paddison Solicitors, a local multi-discipline firm. Kimberley joined the Firm in September 2019 and brought with her over a decade of Employment Law experience. Kimberley has advised on and litigated all aspects of employment law, from unfair dismissals, TUPE, redundancies and restructures, to lengthy and complex discrimination and whistle-blowing cases. As well as Employment Tribunal work, Kimberley advises employers on day-to-day aspects of employment law and employee relation issues. Prior to her appointment at Hughes Paddison, Kimberley led and managed a department of employment law specialists for a Bristol based law firm. This experience has given her great insight into applying employment law practices within the commercial realities.

This is a Free Event.
