Seminar Description

We recognise that the immediate return to work period is a critical time for business leaders and people managers to reconnect with employees whilst ensuring they are getting their business back on track. HR Star have created a way to support businesses during this time. They recognise the unprecedented nature of recent times, and support people to re-engage with work, working with them to help them and the business move forward both before an official ‘return to work’ and over the initial 3 month period.

The webinar will leave attendees with:

– an understanding of the importance and benefit of engaging their people before and during their return to work

– knowledge of the areas that they should consider when planning and implementing the return to work

– ideas for solutions and how to deploy them
