Ukraine Cyber Security Threat - A Message from Chamber Cyber Executive Jason Kalwa

From Jason Kalwa (above), our Cyber Executive and Managing Director of Salus Cyber ”

Given the situation in Ukraine, the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) has set the cyber threat to heightened.

This means that all UK organisations, whilst probably not targeted in any way, could get caught in the cyber crossfire of international cyber warfare as innocent bystanders. In the past, this has happened and has wreaked havoc on businesses large and small, costing hundreds of millions to remedy.

Therefore, organisations must make sure they have followed the guidance on the NCSC website and remain vigilant whilst the threat remains heightened.

The support and networking opportunities that the Chamber offered to me as director of a new business really appealed. The board and members I spoke to seemed really interested in my business.
