The Cheltenham Remembrance Service is always moving, as we remember the sacrifice of so many and think of those still serving. The Last Post signalled the two-minute silence at 11 o’clock on Sunday 10th November, while many businesses observed two-minute silence at 11am on Monday 11th, Armistice Day.
As in past years, a wreath was laid on behalf of the Chamber by the President, Steven Murray.
“It was an honour to represent the Cheltenham Chamber Of Commerce at today’s Remembrance Service. Very proud of our town and the respect it showed for the service men and women who gave their lives so we may enjoy the freedoms we benefit from today. Never to be forgotten.”
