Creative fulfilment – the key to success?

Access to the arts is a human right. It sparks our curiosity for new ideas and allows us to see the world in ways we hadn’t imagined. But most importantly, it’s integral to our collective health and wellbeing as a society. That’s where our arts charity – Cheltenham Festivals – steps in.

This year, we’re celebrating our milestone 80th birthday with a year-round campaign: to provide a record number of 80,000 children with access to culture. It’s a big mission, and your business can be part of it.

By choosing us as your chosen partner charity for roundups and donations, either at a certain point in the year or year-round, you can help us reach our target of 80,000 children.

So, who are we?

What began in 1945 with just three classical concerts at the first post-war Cheltenham Music Festival has grown into four world-renowned Festivals in Jazz, Science, Music and Literature and year-round talent and outreach programmes.

But we’re more than just our Festivals. Our work continues year-round, bringing creativity into schools and communities so that everyone – especially those facing barriers to culture – can experience the life-changing power of the arts.

Reaching New Communities

Support from funders and corporate partners is vital to unlocking access for our communities and building a happier and healthier community. A partnership with us enables you to hit your corporate social responsibility goals and reach your target audiences, all while supporting the communities close to your heart.

The breadth of our programming enables you to engage with new or existing audiences and spread the word about your business. Whether you’re looking to get face-to-face with our audiences, support people to attend our Festivals through our Connections Scheme or create a bespoke partner activation on our Festival sites, you won’t just build links with the community – you’ll impact lives across Cheltenham and beyond.

Investing in Your Staff

A happy and healthy workforce enables your business to thrive, and Cheltenham Festivals offers the opportunity to invest in your employee’s development. From the chance to share their work across STEM, get face-to-face with industry leaders across the cultural sector, or collaborate with talent to address the issues impacting their work on our vibrant VOICEBOX stage. Our four Festivals offer endless opportunities to reward your workers with unique experiences, including the chance to volunteer at events.

Shaping Your Future Workforce
By becoming a partner, you’re also helping shape the workforce of the future, with Gen Z expected to account for 30% of total workers in the next decade. You can support young people to build their confidence and become well-rounded future employees through

Building Brand Awareness
In return for nurturing future generations, you’ll have the opportunity to build brand awareness with your target audiences, while reaching new ones. Our Festivals attract diverse and substantial audiences, allowing your brand to be seen by thousands of attendees. You could align yourself with talent including the likes of Judi Dench, Trevor McDonald, Gregory Porter, or engage with audiences face-to-face with a bespoke activation on site to increase visibility of your brand.

In doing this, you’ll be making a big impact for communities across Cheltenham and beyond.
