What people need to know depends on who they are and why they’re coming. Often, a PA, organiser or agency is researching on their behalf.

Photography captures a perspective. 360° gives the viewer control. They choose where to look, what to explore and how long to stay. More of the right information upfront means less back-and-forth and better-matched enquiries.

A Virtual Tour starts with what you want to show: every room type, the public areas and the grounds, with the flow from inside to out. Where most tours use photos alone, mine can add 360° video for movement, sound and atmosphere.

Then comes my own take. Customer-Led: small visual stories designed around who is coming and the focus of their stay. Purpose-Led: the questions you’re asked daily, turned into walkthroughs.
