Happy by Design is a Cheltenham web design studio helping small businesses and purpose-led organisations get more from their websites. Founded by Pandora Taylor-Cheal, who has more than 20 years in the industry, we offer agency-level expertise with the personal touch of working directly with the founder.

We design and build bespoke WordPress websites that look great, are accessible and easy to use, and are built around what you need your site to do, whether that’s generating enquiries, taking bookings or building credibility. Your website is yours: you own it outright, with no rental model and no lock-in.

We also specialise in conversion rate optimisation (CRO). If your site gets visitors but not enough enquiries, our Conversion Clarity audit shows you where people drop off and what to change, using real data rather than guesswork. We’re also an Event Delivery Partner for The Growth Hub, running CRO workshops for local businesses.

Beyond launch, our maintenance plans keep your site secure, updated and performing, and our SEO support helps the right people find you.

If your website isn’t pulling its weight, we’d love to talk.
