Reframe Neurodiversity
Description
Reframe Neurodiversity is a specialist neurodiversity coaching practice working in partnership with organisations to support neurodivergent talent and build inclusive, high-performing workplaces. We support autistic employees, employees with ADHD, and those who identify as neurodivergent, helping them strengthen executive functioning, confidence, communication, and workplace effectiveness.
Our approach is strength-focused and evidence-informed, translating neurodivergent needs into practical, workable strategies that benefit both the individual and the organisation. We provide one-to-one workplace coaching for employees, alongside training and consultation for HR professionals, managers, and leadership teams.
Reframe Neurodiversity supports organisations with neurodiversity awareness, and inclusive management practices, helping to improve performance, wellbeing, retention, and engagement. We can work collaboratively with employers to support staff through onboarding, role changes, performance challenges, and periods of transition.
We also accept Access to Work funding, enabling organisations to refer employees for funded workplace coaching and support. This reduces financial barriers while ensuring staff receive specialist, tailored support aligned with organisational goals.
