Four Anjels, an award-winning artisan bakery based in Cheltenham, has been acquired by Olidor Group in a deal advised on by HCR Law’s Midlands Corporate team.
Founded in 2010 with five staff, an oven and a mixing bowl, Four Anjels’ customers now include Marks & Spencer, Pret A Manger, LEON and Black Sheep Coffee.
The deal sees the Olidor Group acquire a 51% stake in Four Anjels for an undisclosed sum.
Co-founder and Managing Director, Andrea Stevens will remain in the business, along with Technical and Operations Director, Julie Painting. Co-founder Dr Barry Cronin has exited the business as part of the transaction.
