Networking and Training Events

We send regular event updates which also include links to the many, mostly free training resources from Cheltenham Growth Hub, BID and CyNam
Events are a great way to make useful connections with other businesses, academia, charities, local government and the Chamber Board.
Promote Your Own Events and News
Our website, newsletters and social media reach thousands of local businesses. You can upload your news, white papers or events to our website from your Member Dashboard. We will include links in our newsletters and social media, whenever possible.
A Directory to Help You Get Found
Our directory is widely used and a listing can improve search ranking. Again, you can create this in your dashboard. Add logos, images or videos to boost visibility further. Please note that once it’s published, you will need to ask us to make any amends, which we will try to do as quickly as possible.
Business Support
Access free financial and legal support helplines. There are also useful links to local business resources on the website. Chamber Executives are always happy to provide simple guidance or put you in touch with experts on issues such as HR, Cyber Security, CSR or Marketing. Details in the ‘Resource Hub” on the website.

These go to around 800 local businesses and include the latest events and training opportunities, as well as key local business stories . It will include links to Member news uploaded to the website.

Supporting Your Business Community
Your Membership supports our projects and empowers Chamber Executives to sit on economic strategy and policy committees to represent the voice of Cheltenham business. We are always happy to hear Member views or put them in touch with the relevant organisations. We have close connections with key local organisations such as Cheltenham Festivals, the Cheltenham Trust and Visit Cheltenham.
The Chamber is engaged in or supports a number of projects of real social value. For example, Together Gloucestershire aims to help local businesses gain a bigger share of major local developments such as Golden Valley.
