We’ve had the pleasure of working with the Cotswold Oak team since the second half of last year – helping to ensure their marketing collateral matches the quality of their developments.
An important part of our work has been the design of a range of logo identities and high-quality brochures for their new developments. At the heart of the creative solutions is helping each development to have its own identity, whilst ensuring they fit sit as a coherent suite of Cotswold Oak branded pieces.

The design makes the most of an identity evolution that Cotswold Oak had undertaken prior to instructing us. It lends itself perfectly to a contemporary design style and web page layout structure.

A map of current developments helps engage prospective buyers, making it easy for them to browse and identify which developments are most suitable for them.
The website adheres to modern website principles – responsive design and build, ease of use on mobile, passes accessibility standards, light weight page code, and ease of customer engagement. Content management is made simple within the system (the site is built using Webflow), helping to reduce the time required for managing updates.
