Gloucestershire Airport has always been an important transportation link in the Southwest to UK and international destinations. Yet, it had the potential to make an even greater contribution if the right circumstances developed. And now, it seems, they have. With the advent of the Cyber Park, increased government funding and enhanced infrastructure (e.g. Junction 10), the airport is bound to be a key player in Gloucestershire’s economic future. Added to this is the admirable skill and verve of its new Managing Director Karen Taylor, who believes the airport will help put the region on a new path to greater growth and prosperity.
