M R Ratcliffe Consultants Ltd (company number 2127940) was set up in Cheltenham back in 1976 as a specialist insurance broker focusing on the transport industry. From small beginnings we are now one of the UK’s largest operators with approximately 35 employees. We advise and arrange many different types of insurance covers.

We are also please to offer a wide range of Commercial and Personal insurances alongside our Transport based insurances.

M R Ratcliffe Consultants is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), registration number 309607.

We are a long-standing member of the British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA), the UK’s leading general insurance intermediary organisation, which represents the interests of insurance brokers, intermediaries and their customers.

Finally, as transport insurance specialists, we are members of both the Road Haulage Association (RHA) and the Freight Transport Association (FTA).
