Copywriting
Should you need a document written from the ground-up, we start with a kick-off meeting to understand your objectives – then arrange to interview the relevant subject matter experts to gather the needed information, combined with any existing materials you may have.
Early in the process, we will write a short section for your review and approval as a style ‘blueprint. As the project progresses, we deliver sections as we complete them so you can conduct your reviews as we complete the next sections on a rotating basis.
Copy editing
You may have an in-house-produced document that needs a sense-check and edit so it reads fluently, flows well and is error-free. This is often the most practical route for clients that know what they want to say but need an external and objective resource to provide that essential polish.
Graphic design
If you need a graphic design resource, we will create 2-3 design concepts for your approval – incorporating any brand guidelines you may have – then fine tune your chosen concept in close consultation with you. We then lay out the pages individually, incorporating text, images and design features within your chosen concept, and deliver sections as we complete them for your review.
If you already have a design resource, we write visually with design in mind through pull-out facts and figures, text boxes, infographics, ‘in-numbers’ and pull-quotes. This gives your designer a strong reference point in laying out the document so it is accessible and engaging to the reader.
