We are seeking a highly organised Administrator, who is confident in communicating sensitively and effectively with a wide diversity of people. You will work, mostly remotely, with our small, friendly part-time managerial team and inspiring Creative Health specialist artists.
You will play a pivotal role in the smooth administration of our core operations and Arts on Prescription services, which benefit adults with mental and/or physical health challenges.
Key responsibilities include supporting participant access to, and administration of, our programmes and projects, improvement and maintenance of systems, note-taking, data processing, marketing, engagement and evaluation support, and basic bid-writing.
This is an exciting time to join a recognised and trusted pioneer in Creative Health. In addition to our main Arts on Prescription offer, we are running a series of engagement projects to support men’s mental health and to benefit diverse communities. We are also promoting Workplace Wellbeing packages, embarking on a year round programme of training and sharing of practice, and are planning an exciting celebratory programme as we approach our 20th anniversary.
We are looking for someone who can co-work / attend meetings in or around Gloucester; ideally starting in October 2024, joining us 8 days / month until March 2026. There is scope for increased hours and/or extension to contract subject to funding and mutual agreement.
