A new private GP practice, Cotswold Private GP Service, brings personalised, compassionate, and timely healthcare to Cheltenham and the surrounding Cotswolds.
Conveniently located on a newly refurbished bespoke floor at the Cheltenham Film Studios, the practice is the brainchild of four NHS-trained local GPs who are combining decades of frontline experience with a more patient-focused and flexible approach to care.
“We’ve all spent years in NHS general practice and understand the frustrations patients face with long waits and short appointments,” said Dr Sunil Srivastava, one of the founding partners.
“We felt the time was right to offer something different—where patient care is seamless, appointments are as long as needed, and the whole experience is more personal and efficient,” added fellow partner Dr Meenakshi Raina
Cotswold Private GP Service has been created to meet the needs of modern individuals and families. Its wide-ranging services include General GP Consultations, Annual Health Checks, Blood tests and diagnostics, Joint injections and Menopause and HRT advice. The practice will also be providing help and advice on men’s and women’s health, contraception, weight management, B12 injections and Private Prescriptions.
Dr Himabindu Junemani, another of the founding partners, expanded on the rationale for launching the new practice.

Flexible pricing options will be available, including pay-as-you-go and membership plans, making high-quality private healthcare more accessible. Looking ahead, the practice plans to expand its clinical team and invest in additional diagnostic and scanning capabilities to become a comprehensive one-stop healthcare destination.
