A Year of Beer and Cheer
What a year it’s been for the Friends raising much-needed funds for the Cheltenham Branch of the Samaritans.
From stewarding at Glastonbury and Cheltenham Racecourse Fireworks to hosting beer festivals and quizzes.

The Friends Chairman Leigh Norwood was able to present newly appointed Cheltenham Branch Director Andy Goddard with a cheque for £12,000.
To put that into perspective that can help keep Samaritans’ phone lines open 24 hours a day!’
Over the last 44 year’s the Friends have raised over £350,000 for the branch which is self-funded

All of this could not have been possible without the fabulous support from the local community, local businesses and sponsors.
