I am putting together a practical product to help businesses start using AI and automation in a useful, low-risk way.
To make sure it solves real problems rather than imaginary ones, I am looking for real-world examples from local businesses.
Are there any regular tasks in your business that are repetitive, time-consuming, admin-heavy, or easy to forget?
For example, this could be chasing enquiries, sorting emails, updating spreadsheets, creating reports, following up with customers, checking stock, writing social posts, booking appointments, or moving information between systems.
I’m not selling anything at this stage. I’m just trying to understand where my AI product could genuinely help business owners save time, reduce mistakes, or improve sales.
