An interesting project for Tulpa Limited, an early phase high-tech company that’s developing state-of-the-art artificial intelligence software that understands ‘why’.
Tulpa invited us to help them to bring clarity and definition to how they communicate to a number of key audience groups – potential investors, software partners, and prospective customers.
What was evident from the outset is how complex their offer and the industry is. Their ‘wisdom model’ approach enables them to combine behavioural science and machine learning to capture and encode expert knowledge. The outcome being AI agents that deliver transparent and explainable actions, which are essential in high stakes, mission-critical scenarios such as cyber security.
Whilst completing in-depth brand and proposition copy, which has led to their early phase explainer website (we’ll share that in a separate post soon), our first design delivery was the brand’s new logo and supporting visual identity.
We designed a modern icon, that works within the logo and as an easily recognisable avatar icon. It reflects the overlapping circles of ‘human’ and ‘machine’ and the power this combination delivers within the AI environment. Alongside the notion of an ‘eye’ and the sharp focus on the detail that Tulpa AI agents provide.
The concept has been extended across core collateral including brand presentations, as well as the website. The result being a contemporary brand style, that is sympathetic to (but avoids avoiding many of the cliches that are seen within) the AI industry.
“We are all very happy with our re-brand and website. A really fantastic job and in such an incredibly short amount of time. Super impressive.”
