The post of Gloucestershire Police and Crime Commissioner, established in 2012, has its second incumbent, Chris Nelson, following his comfortable victory in the May elections. Chris has dedicated his career mainly to public service, having spent almost 40 years in the military and, most recently, as a Cheltenham Borough Councilor.
